Dr. Takdir Ali Mukti, M.Si

Dosen Ilmu Hubungan Internasional pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.  Menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana dalam Bidang Ilmu Hubungan Internasional dari Universitas Negeri Jember pada 1995, Master dalam Bidang Ilmu Politik dari Universitas Gadjah Mada pada 2004, dan Doktor Ilmu Politik dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta pada 2019.

Intensif mengkaji dan menelaah isu-isu diplomasi di Indonesia, khususnya peranan pemerintah daerah dalam diplomasi (paradiplomasi).  Beberapa karya tulis yang telah dihasilkan adalah:
